Max. Rims on MK4 Gsi B4 body work??

    Hello Gang,

Whats the largest size you can get on a MK4 GSI before you need to improve the body work?

Any rubbing on 18's std height? - how low can you go on 18's?

A bold question - anyone known to go have gone to 20's??

18s will be fine if you choose an Astra friendly offset - as close to ET49 as possible.

30mm? Is that from standard or a further 30mm from where ur motor currently sits at (ie approx 50mm total)

providing u get the offset right then you should be able to drop upto 60mm (thats 60 from standard - so in theory a further 40mm from where it currently sits at)

If ur after 18" rims then ideally go for 7.5" wide with an offset of between 40 & 49mm with 215/35/18 rubber. you should be able to drop it a fair bit!

stick with 18's... I reckon the are probably the best fit without looking too OTT. have a look in the wheel gallery... i don't know where that is after the big change.
