shortly looking for a new car

Well i have never posted on here yet and wished it wasnt like this!

At about half past 10 on tuesday morning i was driving home from work (dont ask me why) when i had huge smash and rote off my imaculat sxi!

As i cant remember anything i asked the poilice what happend and they said i came round a corner out of control managed to miss a lorry coming the other way then went up a grass bank and rolled acrross the road!!

luckily i got out with a couple of cuts on my hand and concussion

everyone says i have been very lucky!

I will get pictures up very soon

Wow, it's good to hear you're ok. It sounds pretty scary, interesting to see pictures.

Are you sticking with the Astra for your next car?

My 51 1.8 SRi was valued at £4300 by Endsleigh. Plus they added £40 for the full tank of fuel that was in it But I think I got lucky with that valuation somehow. Whats the mileage like on it??
After the inspector had been out it took about a fortnight to sort, what with having to send off copies of MoT, Logbook, drivers licence etc. Then get them "assessed". And it took um about 10-14 days to get an inspector out in the 1st place... All in all I crashed my car on the 18th Dec '06 and they paid out on 18th Jan '07

So this is yer first year of insurance? Owch. Least you wont lose any no claims, but expect yer premiums to go up... Whats yer excess like?
