    Astra Gte Champion

    i was just wondering if there are any mk2 champion owners on the site or if there is a register of the surviving cars. i have one but it has been stored away the last 18 months. i hope to get a few bits tidied (rear arches) and get her out for the summer. well thats the plan.

    if i could learn how to work computers and cameras i would post up some piccys. i know that some champions have rotted away by now so i would really love to find out how many are left. any information on these is hard to come by

    Officially there were only 250 champs made, but rumour has it that a few more were actually sold, so who knows. Going by tin work eating most Mk2's by now I wouldn't have though there were that many in decent nick

    My freind is offering me a white mk2 gte 16v at the moment that is a monster of a motor.

    The "London Edition" i.e Champion is a lovley motor
