    ACT Cruise control

Just a simple one for you, at some point my cruise control has stopped working. The increase button and decrease button still work but the button to actually turn on the cruise control doesnt want to work.
    Any one have any ideas?

How can you tell the increase and decrease buttons work if you cant engage cruise control?

If i take my feet of the pedals while moving along the increase and decrease buttons change the speed up and down but to press the cruise control set button dosent make the car hold its speed. Would changing the battery cause the cruise control to be reset like you would with electric windows?

Sounds like the ECU's a bit messed up on that one. I'd be tempted to disconnect the battery for 45 mins let it reset itself and then reconnect and go for a drive.
    Its a jam thing

That sounds really odd, as the car is drive by wire and if the increase and decrease work there is no reason the CC hold shouldn't

As Jam has said disconnect the battery for 45 mins and then re-connect and try again, the ecu might have reset itself by then.

The button to engage cruise control is the 'I' button.... Increase speed.
The 'R' button is to Reduce your speed and the 'O' button is to turn off the Cruise Control. If you can increase your speed then surely you have engaged CC - you may need to reset your ECU as mentioned by Jam
