Assumind they are FK angel eyes then it's H7 bulbs

As for the main beam working oddly - How long have they been fitted? have you wired them up correctly?

can you get those from halfords, assuming I can go in with the bulb that has gone and ask if they have replacment.

all the plugs are n the correct places (you cant get them wrong cos they are all diffrent shapes and sizes) but there is a plug left over with 3 holes in a line

here are some picks of the bulb

Yep H7s are a standard fitment, and any place selling car bulbs will sort you out with one.

I've no idea on the exact wiring of angels eyes, but it sure sounds like they are wired up wrong. Unplug the connectors and hook them up to the OE lights temporarily, and then see if the old lights work OK to eliminate whether it's the car or the lights at fault

it says on the metal part of the bulb that its
    ALITE H112V 66W

    the normal lights work fine
As said before It cant be connected wrong becouse the connections are all diffrent shapes and sizes making it imposible to mistake the wrong connection

this is the plug where there is no connection

That plug goes to the electric leveling motors and does not affect the operation of the lights.

I dare say you have connected the plugs up correctly, but is the wiring inside the headlamp correct? If you have a continuity meter (more multi meters have such a setting), you can trace the connections in the plug back to the bulbs to make sure they are correct.
Tell me what you've done, not what you're going to!

ok got it all working and sorted, it was just a bit of dirt on the connections, but how can you ajust the levels of the lights so that it will pass the MOT

that really is a Question for K3FUS
