Wet Footwell Carpet? Washers not working?

My car seems to be damp under my feet, I washed it yesterday and this morning the drivers footwell is damp as hell. Do you think this is just due to washing it and not driving it after?!

Also, my washers seem to have stopped working, they work if you brake hard when pressing them, like they do I f your short of water, but the trank is full!?

Although I cant see any water dripping when I squrt the washers?!

Damp carpet - check door frame seals - also drain point around base of windscreen/bonnet area.

Washers - you may have got some debris in the tank - which shifts when you lurch forward.

Door seals sound like a possible culprit, although it wasnt raining too hard lastnight? The windscreen base area seems clean enough, i'll have a better look.

How easy is the tank to remove? Is it a bumper off job?

Yep to get the tank out will be a bumper off job. It's exposed nicely then
