    what colour calipers?

    Few days off work so gonna paint and laquer my calipers, any suggestiuons on colour?

    I have an Arden blue GSI.

    I was thinking, silver? arden blue? white????

    Comments appreciated.
    Former GSi owner, now own a plastic car with a vectra engine......

    Arden blue for me, white would be a pig to keep clean, see where you are coming from though.

    Do them the same colour as the car. I am about to paint mine mirage silver.

    blue - but powder coated - paint will fade and need doing every so often

    I'd go for Arden Blue buddy, just keeps the colour theme and will look different!

    Gold is very tempting actually! Arden blue is the safe bet, but wud still look cool.

    Anyone any other colour ideas??

    I do fancy them chrome but not sure if you could get chromey paint? And im not taking them of to be done either so gotta be brush/spray on!

    My mate suggested glow in the dark paint then laqured on top, bit too tacky for a nice car like the GSI though so but him straight. Wud make people look twice at night tho! lol

    you do know you need to use hi-temp paint?

    normal paint will just crack and go horrible.. most brake caliper paint will come in either red/blue/gold/silver/black/yellow i think...
