    Angry anyone had any problems in the snow????

    just nipped out last night. wish i had not now. i was going up a road and got stuck in the snow. couldnt move for the life of it. i had two other cars stuck in front of me. and from my luck a d*ck in a vectra came flying up behind me and smashed into the backend. then he decided to back into me again. the guy got funny about it and tried giving me the wrong reg, an also said if i go through the insurence he will say i hadnt got my lights on.
    so now im in need of a new rear bumper,preferably in white.but not necessery
    i live in sheffield and willing to pick it up.

    someone please help.

    Balls mate go through the insurance. He hit you and from the damage they'll see he was doing some speed and it wasn't a light tap. So go for it I would. It'll probably turn out that he has no insurance and is probably banned and doesn't want the cops involved. Of which I'd be reporting it to get a crime ref number.

    Sorry to hear about your car though. Doesn't sound like theres too much damage. But thats not the point is it. I'm amazed you didn't flatten him. I would of!!!!

    As Jam said, inform Police and your insurance.

    Definitely. The fact that he threatened to blame it on you, something must be funny. Report it to the old bill, theyll probably tell you over the phone if hes insured or not.

    agree with all above.
    dont get bullied out of claiming, he went up ur backside, thats usually solid claim against him. ud be surprised at hw much the person who goes up the arse gets blamed;
    when on a bypass, this guy pulled out 2 overtake, got half way there, they decided 2 pull back in as he couldnt make it, braked too hard coming back and my m8 went straight in2 the back of him. totally his stupid fault, we had more than enough stopping distance, yet the claim went against my m8!!!

    What snow?

    I've done 850 miles in the last 3 days, and have yet to see a single flake.
