    dashboard LEDS

    hi all i've seen this pic on an ebay auction:

    and i REALLY love the colour of the clocks - dus anyone else have this kinda look on their clocks & if they do what bulbs do you use & where can i get em (ebay?)

    You need surface mount LED's IIRC, there is a thread somewhere.

    Looks like the dash and comp are normal LED in holder types, and the main dash are surface mount.

    i got some leds from kirsty but if im honest they werent tht bright at all, then got some from a german ebayer. much better!

    is the idea to sand down the tips of the LEDS to spread the light a better thing to do? just readin old posts & seems fair few people have dun that n its improved....
