Bought a new moutain bike today

Been wanting a new mountain bike for a while now. Currently have a 4/5 year old Giant GSR-ALU, but its at a stage where its needing all new cables, brake pads and I was at a stage where I was wanting to upgrade to disc brakes as well. After doing a little looking around I basically came to the conclusion that it was as cheap to buy a complete new bike than just to add disc brakes to the current one. So went off to the local bike shop for a quick look, came away with a Giant Terrago at a very reasonable price being an end of the line model:

    GIANT 2006 TERRAGO DISC Specifications:

Frame Aluxx 6061with integrated down tube gusset
    Rear Shock N/A Fork
    Suntour XCP75 75mm Headset
    Cane Creek ahead Chainset
    Shimano TX70 Front Mech
    Shimano C50 Rear Mech
    Shimano Alivio Shifters
    Shimano Alivio 24 speed

    Rims RODI aluminium
    Hubs Formula Cassette SRAM PG830
    Tyres KENDA 1.95"
    Brakes GIANT MPH Brake Levers
    GIANT MPH Handle Bar
Low rise GIANT Comp aluminium Stem
    GIANT Comp Aluminium Saddle
    GIANT Seat Pin
GIANT Comp Aluminium Pedals Resin body with steel cage
    Size 21"

Should pick it up tomorow night after work

Coo/MarkC - my mate has bought the other Bike seeing as his one is about 30years old and well by needing replaced.

BigJJS - Yeah went down to Pedal Power, mate works at the Edinburgh Bike Co-OP so could probably have it a bit cheaper, but support local business and all that.

Rizo - What snow would that be
