    30/40 coupe lowering

Is there a company that do a 30 rear 40 front spring kit for the 1.8 coupe?

eibach 30/30 kit? they usually settle down to about 35mm

there's also a few 40/40 kits out there

if your uprating the shocks you could go for 50/30

I think your singing from the same song book as me here. Ive always wondered this question. 30 seems perfect at the back. and when people lower it 40 all round the front looks perfect !

Unfortunately dude, I had a look around. It just doent exist. The closest is the 50/30 eibach, but you really need better shocks for that : (
which means the whole lowring project becomes x2 the price.

good find chap !! ive never seen that. Thats pretty much as good as a 40/30 anyway. You shouldnt need to change dampers/shocks.

Anyone got any info/experience on FK springs only? Ride? Handling? Quality? ive heard some springs dont lower as they advertise and some make knocking noises on the MK4, are these the same?

    Any info much appreciated

Just realised its a 40 drop at the back and 35 at the front

Why the hell you would want that I have no idea ! Would look well weird. Looks like again the only option is the 50/30 eibach.

i've got 30/30's from Eibach and it looks a lot mor level than i expected. before i fitted them, i'd heard all these horror stories about it sitting high at the front, but i was pleasently suprised and very happy now
