humm, there's a coolant level sensor located under the header tank, and that to me would be the likley culprit.

check the connector is back on firmly and/or not fusted up

its a strange sensor that 1 as they use to be a float in the tank but it now works differently so the sensor might not be pushed up high enough be worth a check as it only a clip that holds the tank

dont you have to acknowledge the warning. Im sure on mine you have to press the scroll button so that you acknowledge youve got the message and then it'l clear if the problems been resolved. Ive had coolent level up before and filled up bottle. it still showed it ill i cycled thru the problem(s) and it was fine after.
Did it with my headlamp too.

Yeah, don't the fault codes need to be erased, i.e they are not self extinguishing. I can't remember if disconnecting the battery will do the trick or failing that get hold of one of those Pocketscan code readers/erasers, worth every penny IMO, mines certainly savved me a couple of trips to the dealers!

Alternatively, take car back to garage who were supposed to resolve the fault in tghe first place!
