    Post Windows Vista question...

I have been using the beta Windows Ultimate at work for ages now but we have just got Vista Business in! So I have installed it on my home machine (Fully legal!) and found out that Live messenger does not seem to connect . Has anybody else had this problem??

    Cheers

Have you tried using the Connection Troubleshooter thats built in? Does it pass? Do you have a firewall ?

Well, alot of people experience issues with Windows Vista and Windows Live Messenger caused by Flash.

    The following fix fixes crashes:

    3. Open Adobe public Flash Player beta site (http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer9.html)

    4. Click "Download Installer for Windows Active X" to install

Not sure if that will fix the connection issue. However, you could read this: http://www.feeds4all.com/Item.aspx?ItemID=13015682
