    Thumbs Up Moving out

Well after making a tough decision on whether to buy a fats car or to buy a flat i chose the more sensible option and to buy a flat. But first i decided to rent for 6 months to see whether or not i can live with the girlfriend Lol

So me and the Girlfriend will be moving out on monday. Got a nice wee flat just outside the Town for £450 a month

Cant wait to get in it and i can afford to keep the Astra aswell

At 19 i dont think im doing too badly

Not too badly at all! Its obviously cheaper to rent up there as well as buy, for a flat round here you would be looking to stick an extra £200 a month on top of that.

    All the best.

Always best to take this route as early as possible. Should work out, let's hope.

You wouldn't get a shoebox for that once you try to buy anywhere south of Watford Gap.
