    Planning a trip to London

Right, the Mrs & I are planning a trip to London from Friday 2nd Feb to Sun 4th and was wondering if you guys could suggest a list of things to do. We would be getting there about 7ish Fri night so probably will only have a chance to do a little late night shopping and grab a bite to eat. So would really have the whole of Saturday to do anything.

I know the mrs doesn't really like the opera so things like that could be ruled out.

    Thanks
ps. If you could plan a list of things to do that would be great.

Me and the mrs went a year back, there is lots to do. We stayed for two nights. The things which we did:

    *Theatre at the west end
    *Went to the london eye
    *went to madame tussauds
    *London Dungeon

There were the best things which we did in our two days.

shopping - Harrods is a must, Covent garden is cool!
London eye is a must, Definately go to the theatre in the evening. a walk in hyde park is nice, leicester square in the evening is good fun.
there is also the tower of London, H of P, Downing street even! Buckingham palace. Science Museum, Natural History Museum, Tate etc. There are also lots of out door ice rinks around town at the mo. HAVE FUN and wear sensible shoes, don't carry too much stuff and sadly I have to say watch for pick pockets esp on Oxford Street!

i'm not that fussed about the eye. london doesnt look so hot from up high, spesh if the sun isnt shining on it. still worth it. Could always hop on a tour bus and get a view of the main attractions.
