it all depends who is more conveniant to u and ur location....

Also consider VXPC and Thorney Motor Sport - on a par if not better than Courtenay and Regal

Nobody can say who is better - u need to view each one on its own merit and consider which is better - location wise - should anything go wrong.

i think you have answered the very question your asking yourself there - in my opinion there pretty much similar in terms of results phase3/cs3 - its all down to who you want to use

Why don't you call them up and have a chat about the work involved in the 'phases' - then decide on which suits you better.

yes i will do that but before i was just hoping for some first hand experiance to help me along. am i right in thinking the stage 3 from regal gets you from 240 standard to 340 with 350 torque in just 1800quid?

theres a guy on here called jom

hes regals sort of test pilot for the VXR, hes had a fair few mods done to his by them

vented one off bonnet, 4 pots, remaps, etc

he went for the magnex system instead of the miltek that everybody raves about ( also speak to 888 rich about this)

a certain tuner that i wont mention names for will tell you that these figures are only acheivable with the £1500 milltek etc

when rich had his phase 3 done at regals they told him it was a load of bull and is acheivable with the majority of exhausts etcs

Good thing about regal is they use EDS softwere

like scottboy as said your beter ringing them and having a chat and se wht they can offer you

Personally I don't like EDS maps... They seem to just give maximum torque and run out of bhp early in the revs... Courtenay maps are more drivable power and are designed to not ruin the car for day to day driving....

Before it kicks off can we try and keep this from a war of words between tuners.

They all pretty much offer the same service as each other, it mainly comes down to traveling time and who you feel comfortable with
