    Been to Exhuasts UK today

Got there early this morning to have my Lexmaul manifold fitted. the one from a 1.8 corsa!! They fitted it and mated it to a new stainelss steel downpipe. They fitted a new gasket between my 'box and centre and sorted all the other little niggles out.

It used to sound grumbley, now it's a BEAST! the FULL stainless system really does make some noise, and it fizzes and pops when i come off full revs. It sounds awesome. Top job lads!!!

well it was pitch black when i got home, so no vid sorry. It's about 2.5 hours from there to home, plus i was fannying around in Halfrauds for over an hour with those bits to be carbon dipped. I'll get some pics and possibly a video tomorrow.

It look wicked from underneath, but the built in sports cat is a lot lower than on a std manifold. The four branches stretch down before it enters the manifold so the cat is now where the felx was, and the flex further back

yeah i'd recommend them to anyone. looks top notch. they dont mess about either, they had the whole lot done in 3 hours, and 2 of that was wrestling with a rusty old manifold tryin to remove it!

bought it off german ebay, from a guy who had bought it from new, than smashed his car, according to my translation. So in effect it was brand new. £435 delivered, and £225 fitted with a new stainless downpipe. So now i have a FULL stainless system from tailpipe to manifold!

Got some pics but i was struggling with the sound clip. But let me tell it sounds awesome!!! Would recommend one to anybody!

i thought about wrapping it, but i didn't know what benefit i would get. i'm gonna put a stainless heatshiled over it soon. but what would i achieve by wrapping it?

Which bit doesn't look good quality, the manifold or the new downpipe?
