    Thurlby 888 CDTi ST8ALTH

Well Friday saw it arrive on the back of a transporter from Thurlby so I thought I'd take a quick couple of pics before it got dark:

It was soon unloaded and parked up in works car park:

Well that was Friday. I took it for a spin (60 miles) and went home to get changed for a xmas night out with some ex work colleagues.

Saturday saw a 04:25 start for what was to be a very long day! A quick drive round the north east to pic up Andrew888 and off to Leicester to see Steve at CCS regarding retim work etc, then it was on to Northampton for the VXON Rolling Road day, but Torrential Rain forced a retirement to McD's for breakfast and a drying off!

Finally to the hotel when the rain stopped, a few more pics were taken.

So we had a few beers that night, and another earlyish start saw us heading to 888 HQ and the VXR Performance Centre.

Several people were getting work done, but during a brief lull in workload, I offered to keep the guys busy by adding a Rear Anti-Roll Bar to what was an already great car! Also found a carbon badge for the rear to take the chrome shine off too

After a busy weekend, I finished off with a trip up the motorway, across to Hull, North a bit to meet a friend then came home across the moors. What a way to have to drive a car that wants to be driven.

764 miles this weekend, therefore already over halfway to pressing that magical sport button

Nice looks good, not too sure on the interior though, blue & black and then the Red calipers, just my opinion though.

Other than that looks spot on

It is an odd one, and the most commented 'glitch' if you can call it that. 30 Secs in the drivers seat and you seem to forget about the colour of things and grin

Looks fantastic, it's left me salavating like hungry man with no money sat outside his local Maccy D's watching every1 tuck into juicy burgers lol.

I quite like the trim but then I've always been a sucker for a bit of blue (wink wink)

Very nice indeed. Shame they continue the mk4 888 trend of not doing the door cards etc.
