Mine is the same, gets on my nerves. As Scott has said though spark plugs can solve the problem apparently, something i will be changing in next couple of weeks.

I've got a 1.8 16v... i had a problem that every time i stopped or changed gear it would stall, or the revs would drop so much it juddered... my mate checked it on the CPU and nothing came up... so he re-mapped it with modern vauxhall software and cleaned it with some stuff... trouble is not quite sure what it was or what he was cleaning... it now works fine... smooth as anything!!!
