    Thumbs Up enlarged throttle body on x20xev

    ive just finished modiying my throttle body to 64mm and its had a graet improvement to the throttle response and revs up quicker i did it all my self for a cost of £48.00 and it works mint well impressed

    well i got the body bored out to 64mm then found a suitable butterfly modyfied the shaft works mint cant get any pics as its on me car now sorry

    Didn't Geoff do this to his 2.2 using a throttle body sourced from USA??

    Although I think Geoff just used the bigger throttle body.
    0-60 in 6.5 secs and 48mpg- winner!

    I just used a bigger TB, as it's difficult to get an electronic throttle jobbie apart to start working on
