Anyone else own a Astra SRI Turbo 2003 on here ?

If so, I would love to see pictures of your cars and what mods you have done to it, inside and out (including the engine).

As it's good to see what options you have to do to your car

I joined this site recently in Australia called:

    http://www.opelaus.com/forum/index.php

not sure if any of you's have heard of it or not, but it's a great site for me because alot of people on there have cars like mine.

But I heard that you's in the UK, know alot more then us about the astra turbo as you's were the first ones to come up with a Remap for the ECU (which I have recently) and loved it, gives you way more power then standard, and probably you's have come up with alot more stuff too.

So incase you don't know by now, I own a Holden Astra SRI Turbo 03 model, and it's standard atm, besides the remap of the ECU and I have just purchased a Vectra intake system off ebay like this one: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LARGE-air-inta...QQcmdZViewItem

and that's basically all I have.

I'm thinking about getting a 1.9L airbox and filter for my car as I hear this is the best thing I can do for it. I bought a K and N filter for my car and was told to take this back to exchange for the 1.9L version as it will work better once I convert to the 1.9L airbox ?

Is this what you guys do that own a car like me ?

And any other tips are welcomed, I'm not looking to do anything to fancy atm, as I don't have much to spend right now, just anything small that can help as later down the track I will definitely be getting a new exhaust. But for now, just looking at little things to do, thanks.

Welcome to AS mate, I bought mine completely standard and at the moment I want to keep it that way, I'm gonna concentrate more on tuning than anything.

It's completely standard as it left the dealers. Claimed power is 190bhp, no idea on the 0-60 actually

Perhaps someone could tell me! (Only had the car about 2 weeks)

    BHP - 190
0-60 - est 7 seconds, but some claim 6.6 seconds.

However, Jace loves his sausages, so it would take Jace around 10 seconds cos of the weight
