    Removing Heater Dials

Need to remove the three dials from the heater matrix, is it just a case of pull hard or are they clipped in?

They are held in by some pressure clamps, as it's fitted they swell over the back of the knob and then shrink back again, they are a bitch to remove even when you can force the clamps apart again. They may come out with some force but it's likely they will break the arms of the clamp whilst doing so.

Got one sat next to me as we speak.

    as above

The easiest way is to get them out attack them from ther back - remove the centre console, removed the heater control box - open that up and you can squeeze the lugs inwards so the knobs then pull out from the front.
