    gaskits in exhaust

    i have notist that my exhaust is blowing at the joint between the main cat pipe and the center box

    i got under the car and took off the bolts to have a look and its not got a gasket

    is this right, is it not ment to have a gasket there or is mine missing

    if its not ment to have a gasket what is the best stuff to seal it with

    cheers again for any help i know i have been on alot latly needing help just trying to get all the we things fixed before my remap

    the car is a mk4 gsi and its a standard main cat and a scorpion cat back exhaust

    nope not got that, got one like that on the back box but not at the cat

    thats good news i will get up to vauxhall tomo and pick up one

    u dont by any chance know the part no. for that , it makes it a bit easyer when up at vauxhall tomo
