    what is the best turbo to go for as my turbo on my coupe is dieing slowly

    not really bothered on price just want a decent turbo upgrade

    VXR one or the dblais manifold with the gt28 turbo but with this one i think it will need mapping unsure though... vxr one straight swop...

    how much is the vxr turbo and if it was fitted to a standard gsi mk4 would i you need to uprate the internals and is it more expensive then the standard gsi one?

    The VXR turbo can be bought for £475 iirc and is a straight swop

    Nope straight fit no need for internals unless going v big break. And is cheaper than the standard z let turbo

    VXR turbo IIRC is about £400 no need to uprate internals etc straight swop and a popular mod on here...

    IIRC the VXR turbo is cheaper than the standard ZLET one - strange but this is the main reason a lot of ppl upgrade to this unit.

    Standard is approx £900 whereas VXR is roughly £550

    Do a search as its been covered numerous times lately.

    as for uprated internals...i aint got a clue - Turbos arent my speciality but I wouldnt have thought any mods would be necessary (famous last words!)
