    Talking Who needs Phase 3

    Well my mate fitted him new VXR turbo and Courtenay intercooler today, well we fitted the intercooler last night .

    At his last rolling road on Phase 1 he made 256bhp which shocked us all and we know the rollers we fine as my old car made the same as when it was at Regal spot on lol.

    Fitted a boost the gauge last week at got some good figures OB to 16/17psi settles to 12 sometimes 15psi depending of gear etc etc.

    Well tonights test drive after getting it back together has made his year. Car pulls loads better and i mean loads and is boosting it tits off . He is now seeing 19/20 OB and holding 15psi in every gear. My CS4 only OB to 24psi lol.

    Still to go on are the VXR injectors and phase 3 remap which he hopes to get done on Friday.

    I think he will smash my 287bhp out of the park

    It gives me a good indication of the sort of power I may be roughly getting as it's likely I'll be doing similar mods.

    He has managed to get Regal to Phase 3 it and fit the injectors today so wont be long before we find out what it boosts to and what power he gets

    Credit card loves me - missus not to happy and I am just over the moon, can't stop smiling every time get in the car. As every one says it can be a bit of a hand full.

    As it went on to Regals rollers after having phase 3 applied chris said it was running 360lbft and that had to detune it as that figure was dangerous for the car so after winding back the actuator it settled at 271BHP/329lbft.

    I am hoping that just like after phase one was applied this figure will settle a little higher as phase one came of the rollers at 216bhp and with exhaust fitted a couple of weeks later it finally settled at 256bhp/289lbft.

    Not all in all bad for a Zlet that has covered 97500 miles

    I am thinking about refiitting my baileys - i remember reading about an as member relocating to the front of the car which stops it from leaking. Can anybody give a link or instructions on where to relocate it? Thanks....

    Regal charged £450 for the remap, fitting of vxr injectors and setting up up vxr turbo/actuator. So a big thank you to chris and karen @ Regal.
