MP3 H/U to work with screen/controls and multichanger

    Hi,

I am soon getting an Astra Turbo Coupe. As a lot of my music is on MP3 I want to change the H/U to an MP3 one. Is it possible to get one that will display to the factory screen and work with the steering wheel controls and multi changer.

    Thanks,
    Rik

There are are few options out there on after market headuntis that can work with the factory steering wheel controls and top display, even more options if you just want the steering wheel controls to work on their own (top display will still work as a clock and trip computer)

Unfortunatly nothing after market will operate the factory CD changer

Look at the sticky at the top the forum labelled steering wheel controls, that is what it is there for. Or even simpler click on this link http://www.m1gst.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1131

If by multichanger you mean the factory one then no you will need to ditch that, but if you mean same make as the headunit then no problem.
