    Undoing actuator?

Can some one tell me if im doing this right to back of an actuator ie lower the boost do you undo the two nuts so they go down towards the bottom of the rod? Just ive been doing this but according to my boost gauge it does seem to be having much effect? Bare in mind i only want to drop 1psi

    Many thanks

IT wont do anything as the boost is electronically controlled. Why do you want to drop 1psi >> thats nothing !

Vxr turbo should come with a matched actuator ???

Run lean with to much boost ??? I can see where they are coming from but 1psi ....... not worth worrying about imo

adjusting the preload on the actuator will have an effect on the boost curve, especially overboost. i have adjsuted the actuator on my gsi several times, also when courtneys told me to slacken it off after it was remapped.
