    FAO: Internet Explorer Users

Well following on from Sploodge's handi-work for Firefox users, I thought I'd do the same for Internet Explorer users.

click here to be taken to a file hosting site. Click Download> Save as.

Then rename the file to .reg rather than .txt, double click on it, click ok, ok.
Now you too have the power of AS Search at your fingertips.

    To use it:
type in the address bar "as" then what you wanna search for ie "AS Coilovers" hit enter and you'll get the AS search page.

    PS. I also added yahoo (use a y), google (use a g), and Jeeves (use a j)
ie to search Google, type "g astra-sport" and it will show you your favourite internet forum as result number 1 (and 2 )

I couldn't get the AS logo, but I'm sure someone else can do that

Disclaimer: yes I know this changes the registry, but if you open the .txt file you'll see what it is changing and it isn't difficult to put back.
I am not responsible if you break something while playing in the registry!!!!

    Just ignore that post Dani...

It's aimed at the other computer geeks who will know what it means/says.

Sploodge, as your part of the web team, do you know what the search link would be?

The reason why I can't see it is cos it's hidden in what looks like Java. Not written by someone who just uses HTML
