Is it possible you have the remote wire connected incorrectly?

I get a "thud" when the sterio is turned on/off.

Is it all powered up and connected properly?

Give a quick description of how its all hooked up, where you're getting the power from and earth points etc...will make it easier to come up with an answer

theres a 4 gauge power cable running thru the car into a distribution block which runs an 8 gauge cable to each amp the amp powering the 6x9`s is linked up to the rear channel using an rca and the amp 4 sub to the sub output all 3 are earthed to the same point there is 1 remote wire running of the head unit which seperates into both amps
