New reg plate, gimme a hand :)

Bought a new plate today and have now got to get it made.

Plate is Y7 MJD, mjd are my initials.

Wanted to know your suggestions on whats going to make it look best etc?

Ive seen a few of you guys with nice fonts on your plates etc and even some of you with reduced size plates and chome colour plates. Was considering what would be the best option.

Information on places to get these made would be usefull also At the moment in just thinking ebay?

    Cheers

In england you need to produce your documents to prove you are the registered owner of the vehicle you want the registration plates for so that means you'll have to wait until the V5 and insurance details are changed,

As for different fonts, styles ect, you will be pulled quicker than a hot single lass in a room full of single men!! Anything other than Standard Plates are for show use only,

After reading around i decided to staff legal, only one thing left to decide, not sure if this is illegal to do, but i cant see why it would make a difference...

1 or 2 spaces between the meaningless Y7 and my initials MJD

    thanks

    two bits of advice...

    1. Stay legal and get some Show plates for show use only

    2. dont put your full name on the reg plate because you have No idea what you can obtain information wise nowadays from it, my mate showed me how it's done and he got my DOB, address, phone numbers (house and mobile as it's a contract) and alot more just by using my name

dont risk it, not worth it, ive went thro so many different types of plates and i always get pulled, one guy even got the measuring tape out! what u can do tho is trim the plates to make them smaller, just so long as spacing and font are legal!
