    888 Paintcode!

    Hey everyone, i was just wondering where i could find out the paintcode of the old shape (mk4) 888 astra.

    wel i have had a look at this but all i cud see was '2KU' which doesnt look anything like a paint code to me!

    Its the bottom digits of the VIN plate...normally 2 numbers and a letter, 11A for example!

    But as purple pride has already stated...think it is 23L for Europa Blue!

    well thats weird!, in that place on my dads VIN plate, it definately says 2KU not 23L!?

    Is your dad's coupe a bit older ie 98-2000??

    Cos the paint codes changed around 2000 (according to my Vx stealer) as my paint code is different to the standard Midnight Black, but it is the same colour.
    0-60 in 6.5 secs and 48mpg- winner!

    Europa blue is 23L it's also L294 and probably also 2KU

    Spray can - 90544081
    Touch up pen. - 90544085

    Paint caode have different variants. Opel code, Vauxhall code and another code.

    eg.
    Star Silver 2 is (Vaux) 82L (Opel) Z147 (can be a L prefix) and also. 83U
