    "idiosyncracities"

Crikey, had to look up what this meant first

To be honest there isnt really that much to know about. You will be working alongside other civilians and maybe squaddies depending on what MoD site your on. My previous site I was on was full of squaddies as it was a full on army barracks. I am now transferred to a site where there are more civis than squaddies. Like any company you will have the odd civi who can be a bit stubborn and stuck up, probably knowing I am the contractor to them and they are always right with everything. As for the squaddies, again some can be a bit of a pain, but some are really nice. However, some higher ranking squaddies like to be addressed by their rank rather by name, so be careful if you need to speak to someone like that. I know nothing about the ranking in the army so I just addressed them 'sir'.

Stick to speed limits on site or you will be stopped and given a warning or maybe even reported.

Always carry ID around on site.

If I think of anything else, I will add to the post mate
