yo hotrod, welcome to A/S, the bus department

i'd say 26 around town is pretty good, mine is more like 22mpg but suffer the cost for extra power/fun, hence it aint that good

when mine was standard and tight! i managed 52mpg @ 56mph (witnessed by a migweb member) at 56 now its still into low40's high 30's mpg, but after 70 its not classified as economy...nor even close. low 20's mpg (fueling has to mach the extra boost) hence its not economical at all.

look forward to seing some pics of ur bus mate. try www.imageshack.us

Hi again Hotrod, if you're doing 80-90mph then i don't think 26mpg is too bad tbh. For the last couple of months my average seems to be 30mpg with me and the missus driving but i do tend to give it beans most of the time
I went to donny kit car show last year with a view to getting 1 and thought the show was ace, hope you enjoyed it.

Mystery Machine, hows your zaf? got it back on the road after your calamity

still waiting for piccies of your new wheels

Best we've had so far is 36 MPG. Just driving gently through villages at 40 to 60.

Had about 32 MPG driving no more than 70 on a long run.

The missus gets only about 21 mpg doing short stop/start journeys where she's stuck in traffic all the time.
