New user with qp300+hp needs help(oil cooler)

    Hi there,

In the begining I wanted to apologise for my written english...
I'm new to this forum, I'm suprised I've found it after such long time...it would be easier with all these informations gathered here.
I own Astra QP-T, slightly modified ~350HP and 460nm of torque
I had really hard way and put a lot of work to reach such parameters...
Engine is completly rebuild with garrett gt2871r and for sure it's not my last word.
Here are two pictures how it looks

here is a dynograph from mapping, not final one

And finally my question, it has been more than year from last big work around the engine, I forgot what size are the banjos connectiong oil to std. "oil-cooler". I'm changing it with aftermarket cooler so I need new oil lines.
Thanks lot, I hope I'll be able share my experience and help You in Your problems

Nice car mate - I'd like to hear more information about how you got those power figures and what engine upgrades you had to do.

thank You guys for all nice words
I have a feeling that this topic should be somewhere else but I couldn't find suitable place
So let's start with the car:
It's z20let. We added oil spray system from the crankshaft bearings.
Pistons are little bit deeper custom made by CP Pistons, I use double head gasket with stainless steel plate to reach CR ~8.2:1.
It is so low for safety reasons while running on higher boost.
    Con-rods are Pauter custom made.
    All bearings come from Glyco.
Stock fans are changed with Spal thin ones.
Because of lack of space I had to move radiator lower to fit FMIC, I don't like it's size...it is very high and intake temp. is ok, it could be wider to fit inlet in the bumper but we didn't have proper core at the moment we built it.
All piping is custom made from stainless steel inc. inlet to the throttle body which diameter was not big enough in my opinion. Now it's 60mm.
Inlet and exhaust ports in head are polished and ported for better flow. Valves are lightened to rev engine higher in future.
Cams are stock at the moment but I have new cams in my garage but not enough time to fit it.
Fuel pump is walbro 255hp with 440ccm injectors operating at 4bar, for new cams I have 550ccm.
Exhaust manifold is still stock piece after mods, it was cut, ported, polished to have better flow and fit garrett gt2871r turbo with .63a/r and internal wg.
Free flow exhaust consist of 3" DP, sport cat and 2 muflers 2,75".

I had some problems with overheating during the summer, now temperatures are lower and problem doesn't exist but I have Mocal oil cooler and hood with 4 holes in my garage but...still no time

There was a time I had stock CR and pistons with such setup and made 304bhp at 1bar boost.
Now there is 1.5-1.6bar of boost in peak and 1.4 going lower till the end of revs I suppose it's because of stock cams and manifold but everybody here should know there is not enough space under the hood in this car!! and I haven't found any solution yet how to use proper manifold.
After changing injectors and cams I want to go with boost higher ~1.7bar as long as possible and brake 400bhp or get very close to it.

I hope You will understand everything clearly if You have any questions don't hesitate to ask

You have done some very nice and interesting work to your engine

Do you use an enlarged throttle body? Where did get your boost pipe from?
