    rough idle

my car is rough on idle and i am guessing its the idle speed control vale, does anyone know where about it is on a z20let engine and is it an easy job to clean out.

get the same on mine too, is booked in at vauxhall on thursday. Mine only drops by about 30-40RPM though, but it is enough to make the car shudder + makes it sound rough.

It's quite normal for z20let engines to have a drop of few rpm while idling...You can hear it on every z20let fitted with loud free-flow exhaust.
but when Your car is remapped and You hear something like missfire while idling it's different problem
