    I wonder why....

when you eat coco pops, 99% of them loose their chocolate coating in the milk but the odd one remains fully choco-fied....

    Mmmmmm.. Strange..

Do a search, it's been covered a million times already! Isn't this a technical question? Is this in the right section?

That's easily explained!! I used to be part of QC in the Kellogs factory and what happens is this, every time the machine, that fills the boxes, recognises that maximum weight (for the box of cereal) has been reached, it ceases to pour - however - it was discovered that the machines were 'short weighting' Therefore, in order to save money (would cost thousands to re calibrate the machinery) it was decided to use manual fillers for topping up. Subsequently, many of these (low) paid workers became demoralised with the mundane task and as a 'joke' they frequently add their, ehm, nasal debris which is somewhat heavier than a coco pop (means less time filling) it's also stickier and therefore the chocolate coating adheres better when submerged in the milk.
