    Question mk5 controls

    my couin has just got a mk5 sri but doesnt know what the control on the left hand side of the steering wheel is for (i.e. therolling control futhest left on the steering wheel) can someone shed some light on this for me please

    it's to navigate/change the digital readouts on the screen.

    if he justs turns it up/down, nothing will happen.

    he needs to press it in, then go up/down to change between what's displayed like average MPG/instant MPG/range/trip etc.

    to reset each one that logically CAN be reset, just hold the button in untill it resets to 0.

    if he has the graphical colour display, up down selects the options, and pressing in is like "enter"

    As Bradley said, only you can reset all of them in one go by holding it in longer then you get something like **:**.* showing which means you have reset everything.
    Astra 888 (SRi 1.9 CDTi 120)
    Remapped to 200bhp, 18" wheels, Four pot front brakes, lowered suspension, tinted rear windows, 888 exhaust.
