No pre-CAT just main CAT that is attached to the bottom section of the 2-part maniold/downpipe.

You bet bet is to either go a Lexmaul manifold, Supersprint or Irmscher 4-2-1 manifold,

May be able to get a group buy form a german e-bay I have been in contact with for the Irmscher or Lexmaul manifold that still works out cheaper than you can get from Regal. I only enquired about the one for the Mk4 X20XEV SRi

    I thought the 2.0 SRi did have a pre-cat?!?

If it doesn't, what does the Remus Centre Pipe replace??

if it is what i think your talking about then the cat is attached to the manifold like mark said, i was under my car last night having a look and thats definetly how it is.

i would maybe be interested in a new manifold aswell dependant on price

    It replaces the centre silencer.

The cat is in the front pipe, after the main and before the centre section

They were on of the e-bayers I contacted.... If you are interested in a group buy let me know and once I ahve an idea of numbers I will see what price we can get them for. I will dig through my e-mails to see what price they offered one for. I missed out a couple of times on manifolds on german e-bay

If you want to see what the Lexmaul one looks like go onto astra-sri and do a search for Lexmaul and you will find a great how2 on there

I know this has already been answered by Ffoeg - but heres a pic of the standard exhaust layout for the X20XEV 2.0SRi - the remus replaces the central pipe marked as GM324B
