    Posting Large items

    Was just woundering how people go about posting a large item such as a bumper? and what service people use.

    do you box it up? wot happens if you cant find a box to fit it then wot??

    not sure on who to use...

    ....but you could always treble wrap it with bubble wrap and brown paper.
    buble wrap available from B&Q, Homebase etc garden bit...

    Have you tried www.parcel2go.co.uk ? or as Coo said get some bubble wrap and wrap it up, go to any car dealership and see if they have any bumper boxes they dont want anymore, just an idea.

    cheers people any ideas on h0w much the bubble wrap might be lol. i aint got the bumper im findin this out for someone else on here so that he can prepare it and ill sort the postage out.

    be prepared to spend around £50 - 70 on postage, the bumper is over 125cm long so has to go special post I cannot find anywhere to do it any cheaper than this, unless your lucky and the guy that turns up is feeling nice or you have a decent account.
