    Installing seat belt warning (Mk4)

Is it possible to install a seat belt warning on both seats in a 2000 Mk4 ?
Tried with Tech2 to enable the warning but nothing happened.

    Thanks guys.
I asked this for my daughter... She drives my car so once and a while and like most of the teenagers with "hormone problems" she thinks a seat belt is something annoying
