fitted a courtenay precat replacement pipe last night and when i started it up there was blue smoke from the exhaust. first thoughts were turbo seals but it never smoked before the precat was fitted, coincidence?
anyway after a quick blast last night it went away but today everytime i let it idle it comes back so im guessin the seals are on there way out however it still drives fine and i was impressed with the difference the precat pipe made!
anyone else came accross any probs with removing the precat? or am i going to have to buy a vxr turbo
edit: its a 53 plate with 42k on the clock and is otherwise standard apart from precat replacement, regal power pipe and bailey dump valve
