I am going to be upgrading my brakes on the weekend and whilst at it im wanting to do an oil change, put some new gearbox oil in, change power steering fluid, coolant/anti-freeze, add a few additives to my oil and the fuel to make things run even better. I want the best stuff I can get really so wanting abit of advice. Have I missed anything out? Is it worth changing anything else whilst im at it??

I usually put castrol gtx 10w40 in, wondering if theres anything better for it?
> What brake fluid am I best using?
Its for a 1999 Astra 2.0L SRi (x20xev). Its covered approx 70k but I had the engine rebuilt approx 1k ago. My new brakes are; 308mm drilled & grooved ebc front discs, 260mm drilled & grooved delphi rear discs, red stuff front and rear pads and also some stainless goodridge hoses.
Also, whats this connector for? Its just to the left of the relay box and clipped up against the bulkhead. Sorry for the size of it and the bad quality..
Many thanks in advance
(sorry if its been asked an endless amount of times, i did run a search but everything i found was of no use really)
