    Dragon's Den

    As title...just wondering if any1 watches Dragon's Den?? God some of the products on there are just totally mad! Is on BBC2 now...rather amusing i must say

    think you really need to accept any deal they offer you, some very weak products get through IMO

    yeah that chair was purely comical....then again that electronic no-water boiled egg thingy last week was pure genius - tried to cook an egg about 4 times and every time it failed,,,miserably!

    It always amuses me when they try and argue that they know best, despite the fact that the 'dragons' have years of experience and have successfully made millions doing so. Like the lady with the picnic bag last night, it was a bad idea really, but her forecast was for 11K profit over 3 years. One of the 'dragons' offered to give her the money, but only on the condition that she got 51% of the company and would work with her to make it a successful product. Not being funny, but that kind of experience, expertise and contacts is worth a lot to a newcomer to the industry yet they still think they know best.

    Not seen this series yet, but one of the last series "Dragons" wasn't that sucessfull, Rachel Elnaugh was the founder of Red Letter Days which went bust leaving many with worthless vouchers.
