    Precat fitted tomorrow - noticable?

Should I expect to feel some noticable gains from the precat being fitted?

I have done a series of things recently. Veccy c pipe, 2.2 airbox mod, new turbo and this is the last thing on the list for now. Everything so far has made a noticable difference.

Will there be a very noticable gain in power, in torque, responsiveness or all the above?

Well I fitted mine on Friday.....I wouldn't say there are any noticeable power gains. The main thing I noticed is the noise coming from the Milltek is a bit louder.

The turbo should spin up quicker and boost whould be acheived mush more quickly.

It's one of the best things you can do.

revs a bit faster I thought, and my petrol consumption on a motorway cruising along has been better ever since.

well, it seems torquier. And there is a lot of 'induction' sucking noise now too.

I am happy. only thing is my temperature gauge on the dash was doing funny things. It would all of a sudden go down to zero then back up. Going to investigate the now.
