if your car is an sxi or sri it is already 20mill lower than normal, so lowering it by 30mill would only realy lower it by ten mill. Because of this i would go for 40mill all round at least
and you get what you paye for with springs

Well, considering he has a coupe....thats not very likely

Right then....the best thing to do is at least 40 drop in my opinion. A lot of ppl will go for a bigger drop on the front - ie 60/40 - if u go for this option then the original shockers will eventually give up the ghost as their limit is about 40mm springs and thats it.

So if u were goin for 60/40 you'd really have to consider new shockers as well...and therefore a full suspension kit would be be advisable.

If on the other hand you would be happy with 40mm all round (ideal set up if u ask me) then just get ur self some decent springs and get them fitted. As u are only running 17s this will cause no problems whatsoever.

Only thing u gotta sort out now, is how much u wanna spend on springs!!!

A lot of ppl will go for Eibach (from LMF) but I'm not sure if they do a 40 kit.....anyway good luck and let us know how u get on
