    ECU (prices)

    does anyone know how much a new one cost for mk4 astra and where the best place to get them from is.

    I got mine done by vauxhall's for £25 about a week ago. I've seen others been quoted £45...so may be worth checking around....

    I have just been told my ECU needs replacing after being on the tech 2, gonna cost me or the warranty company £234.72 (vat and labour).

    what engine have you go? ive got a 1.8 ecu with imob code etc for sale.

    I was told the same thing when my new turbo went on. turned out to be the actuator!

    whats the problems with the car that they say its needing a new ECU?
