dont bother with a dump valve they reduce power if anything on a diesel as they are electronically controlled and simply shoot out useful boost.

I have a Powerklick box and find it excellent however I believe they are a bitch to fit to the DTi

Thats certainly not going to give you any improvment, just make the car sound silly.

Tuning box, decent exhaust and airbox mods are your best bet.

well so far ive derestricted the air box and noticeably different already, going to get a vectra intake, and k/n panel filter, next i need a chip.. but not sure how much gain that would give me

What engine? 1.7 or 2.0 Dti?

A remap will take a 1.7DTi to 105hp with pretty much no smoke. A remap will take a 2.0DTi to about 130-135hp with plenty of smoke (but there's plenty out of a standard 2.0DTi anyway)

Tuning boxes are pants to be honest, they're just a souped up version of the old paperclip trick.

If you use the right places you wont get any more smoke than standard when remapped.
We take the 1700 up by 32hp and the 2 litre by around 38hp.
