    need advice on some good 6x9s and small amp

    i would like advice on buying a good set of 6x9s and an amp to power them. i just want it a little louder but still clear. willing to spend about £150 any help would be great

    i got my amp from halfords for £60. its a kenwood 400 watt and my 6x9s were £40 also from halfords (mutant) and the sound is very good. halfords do also have kenwood speakers for a few pounds more.

    iv got infinitys in mine there good (though they have changed the design on the new one's halfrauds some times do them on offer at about £50 instead of 100 look on car audio direct or bassjunkies.com

    Got a kicker 200.2 amp running them at the mo sound good together.

    theyre Kenwood 6979ie 6x9's theyre 240Watt, sounded good IMO, any amp thatll put out around 80-100rms will be fine for them.
