dont drive at 90-100 and it wont shake.. tbh!

unless you a regular driver on the autobahns of course..

mine was shakey at 65-70 other week but had had two new tyres and the balancing needed doing again

My Astra Coupe does that at about 80MPH. Steering wheel rattles, and shakes i'm hoping it's not something major

Had my wheels balanced and had the tracking done not so long ago which cured the said problem. £13 tracking, £5 per wheel balancing

Check the inside edge of the two front tyres, check for a "lip" and uneven wearing.

i hope to god u just mean ur steering wheel starts to shake at those speeds and not the "car" as u describe!
If its just the wheel balancing thats at fault then the any discrepency will be transferred up through the steering column and u could get quite violent wheel shake...as ppl have already said about £5 a corner to get balanced. What size rims are u running and what tyres? If ur running larger rims they could quite easily have buckled as is often the case.
Most likely culprit will be balancing - get it sorted asap. If possible watch the guy doin it so u can see how far off it is. This is what I always do.
Also as Scott has said - check for any uneven tyre wear incase theres more severe issues.
