    wipers problems

i know this has been covered but my symptoms are slightly different.
the wiper blades are parking around 2 inches from where they should at the bottom and juddering once parked. if i move them down by hand slightly it stops until next time. They work fine otherwise, it's just when when i've stopped them.
so is it the relay or motor and how much? hopefully the relay as it'll be easy to do myself rather than book it in at the dealer.

yeh it's a warranty job. was hoping it was just the relay 'cos i could do that immediately rather than booking it in.
